These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Evara House website, creator dashboard and related services (the “Services”).
By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms.
1. About Evara House
Evara House provides creator management and related services, including tools designed to help creators manage campaigns, deliverables, schedules, earnings information, documents and social media performance.
2. Access to the Services
Certain areas of the Services, including the Evara House creator dashboard, are available only to authorised users.
Access may require an account issued or approved by Evara House. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity carried out through your account.
You must provide accurate information when using the Services and keep relevant information reasonably up to date.
3. Connected Social Media Accounts
The Services may allow you to connect third-party social media accounts, including TikTok and Instagram.
Connecting an account authorises Evara House to access information permitted by you through the relevant platform's authorisation process. The information available to Evara House depends on the permissions you grant and the functionality provided by the relevant platform.
You may revoke access to a connected account in accordance with the functionality provided by Evara House or the relevant third-party platform.
Your use of third-party platforms remains subject to their own terms, policies and conditions.
4. Creator Dashboard
Information displayed through the creator dashboard may include campaign information, deliverables, schedules, earnings information, documents and social media statistics.
We take reasonable steps to maintain accurate information, but information obtained from third-party services may be delayed, incomplete or affected by changes to those services.
5. Acceptable Use
You must not misuse the Services, attempt to gain unauthorised access to systems or information, interfere with the operation or security of the Services, use another person's account without permission, or use the Services for unlawful or fraudulent purposes.
6. Intellectual Property
The Evara House name, branding, website, dashboard design, software and other materials created by or for Evara House are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of your own content, social media accounts or intellectual property to Evara House.
Where content or information is made available to Evara House as part of creator management services, its use may also be governed by a separate management, campaign or other agreement.
7. Third-Party Services
The Services may integrate with third-party services such as TikTok, Instagram and other platforms.
Evara House does not control those services and is not responsible for outages, API changes, restrictions, inaccuracies or other issues originating from a third-party platform.
8. Availability and Changes
We may modify, improve, suspend or discontinue parts of the Services where reasonably necessary.
Features may change as the Evara House platform develops.
9. Suspension or Termination
We may restrict or terminate access where reasonably necessary, including where these Terms are breached, an account presents a security risk, or a user's relationship with Evara House ends.
You may stop using the Services at any time.
10. Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful.
To the extent permitted by law, Evara House is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising solely from the use or unavailability of the Services or from third-party services outside our reasonable control.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms as the Services or our legal obligations change.
